About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital banking initiatives and partner integration projects. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment, while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Banking and a good understanding of customer journeys, digital channels, and ecosystem partnerships. Exposure to partner integrations, API-enabled solutions, fintech collaborations, or third-party platform implementations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer needs, and operational requirements, translating them into practical digital solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for digital banking initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Work closely with technology teams and external partners to conceptualize and implement digital banking solutions that align with business priorities.
  • Lead partner integration initiatives, coordinating requirements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer immersion sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research activities to identify customer pain points and define business opportunities.
  • Develop user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, and project documentation to support delivery activities.
  • Coordinate approvals, governance reviews, and decision-making processes required for project implementation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, fintech partners, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support system integration activities, including API integrations, digital channel enhancements, and ecosystem partnership implementations.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, and drive timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Review existing digital solutions and customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and adoption.
  • Drive implementation readiness, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and rollout planning.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports to evaluate solution effectiveness after launch.
  • Prepare project updates, management reports, and executive presentations for governance forums and senior management.
  • Work closely with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure solutions comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Banking, Digital Channels, Digital Transformation, Digital Product Delivery, or related functions.
  • Exposure to Partner Integration, API-based solutions, fintech partnerships, ecosystem initiatives, or third-party digital platform implementations is good to have.
  • Experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Good understanding of digital banking products, mobile and internet banking platforms, customer journeys, and digital service delivery.
  • Experience conducting business analysis, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities.
